Soula carefully guided us through the various olive oils and was an absolute delight. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This is a wonderful experience! My aunt and I participated, but this would also be nice for a solo traveller. We tasted four different olive oils. They explained how to taste (warm the glass in your hand, etc), and helped us go through each oil and describe the different notes we could find. I didn’t know one oil could taste so different from another. We discussed the production of oil, as well as different uses/purposes. The shop itself is lovely, and has a great selection of olive oils, as well as honeys, jams, and other gourmet Greek food/cooking products. This is great if you want to learn something about olive oil, but even if you aren’t interested in olive oil, you should visit the shop and check out their great selection!
