2. Shipping Methods & Timeframe
Shipping Methods & Timeframe: 1 to 3 working days by courier after order completion. For any delays due to the workload of the courier, our company has no responsibility.
For shipments within Greece
FREE shipping for purchases over 120euros.

- By courier: The order will be processed within three working days from the receipt of the order. SHIPPING COST: 7 EUROS. FREE shipping throughout Greece for purchases over 120€.
- By pickup from Maison d’ Olive store, Xanthippou 7-9, 10675 Kolonaki, tel: 211 7353912: The order pickup with cash on delivery payment can be made during the store’s operating hours. In the case of cash on delivery, the customer must provide their mobile phone in the contact form in the shopping cart. Alternatively, order pickups with payment by debit or credit card in advance are permissible within 7 days. Operating hours are listed on the website www.maisondolive.gr.

The courier compares two different types of weights. The first type is the actual, gross, or total weight of your shipment, including packaging and pallets. In any case the goods are transported at the customer’s risk and expense. Arco Prime Group & Sia EE – Maison d’ Olive – is not liable for damages to the products that result from the courier’s fault. For all orders placed by 14:00 (2:00pm), deliveries to the courier company are made between 2-5 business days. NON-DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMER FAULT: If delivery within the time limits specified in the preceding paragraph is not feasible due to the customer’s fault, then Arco Prime Group & Sia Limited Partnership – Maison d’ Olive – is not liable for their suitability for consumption. The cost is stated on the website in the shopping cart and is made known before payment.

Pre-order products are delivered to the carrier between 5-7 days after your order.
Inability to deliver due to force majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or server issues preventing the timely delivery of products, we’ll notify you via email. You’ll then have the opportunity to let us know if you still wish to proceed with your order under these conditions.
3. Minimum Shelf-Life Date of Sold Products

A. Returns of products due to delivery error or defect
In cases that products are delivered other than those sold, in kind or quantity, or lack a property that has been previously agreed upon in writing with the COMPANY, the customer returns the products for inspection and identification of the error. In this case, the return costs of the products to the company, as well as the forwarding costs to the customer, are borne by the COMPANY provided that the recommended return method by the company is followed, namely by the cooperating transport company and after prior communication with us at the telephone numbers and the email address provided. Returns are accepted only when the products to be returned are in the same condition as when you received them, without the packaging being violated or damaged, or having been opened in any way, and bear all the elements and characteristics with which they were delivered (e.g., labels, etc.). Therefore, it would be good on your part to carefully check the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery. The product can be returned even if its packaging has been opened, if a defect is found within its content that does not correspond to the nature of the product sold and does not result from the consumer’s misuse or violation of the product’s usage instructions in its content.
